Terms & Agreement

All sales are final and non-refundable. By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Klarna is subject to the provider’s credit approval process. Approval decisions are made solely by the third-party financing company and are not guaranteed. Grace Girl Collective is not responsible for financing determinations.

Participants selecting the Payment Plan option agree to submit all installments by the 16th of each month, with the final balance due no later than September 16, 2026. A 5-day grace period will be extended for missed payments. Late fees may apply, and continued non-payment may result in cancellation of registration and forfeiture of prior payments.

Registrations may be transferred to another eligible participant with written notice at least 14 days prior to the retreat. Transfers must be approved by Grace Girl Collective. Transfers are not permitted within 14 days of the event.
